If you do not already know who we are, allow us to introduce ourselves to you. Tony King and Paul
McAleer are owners of Beantown Athletics and our goal is to unite Dorchester and the surrounding
communities and schools through sports, youth clinics and charitable events.Tony, a lifetime Dorchester resident, graduated from Catholic Memorial and Curry College. He has been the Commissioner of Savin Hill Baseball for the past four seasons, coached the Little League (12) All-Star team for the past seven years, he is the founder of and current President of the Richard P. Pacitti Memorial Baseball Tournament and Scholarship Fund.
Paul is a proud parent of two wonderful children who are very active in local youth sports programs. He graduated from Boston College and without saying is a diehard Eagles' fan. Paul sponsors youth hockey programs in addition to supporting the Dorchester Leahy "Holleran" Community Center. He has family in the Neponset area who are also highly involved in our community.
Our mission is to bring quality craftsmanship, excellent service and a supreme depth of knowledge for the products we carry to all of our customers. Our specialties include screen-printing and embroidery, sporting goods, apparel and skate sharpening.
